I have not had time to play or practice, but have been able to continue to cook fairly healthy dinners. For now, another very simple dinner from last night. Grilled scallops marinated with red pepper flacks, lime juice and red onions. Sautéed up zucchini and snow peas to go with it. Grilling the scallops just seems to bring out the sweetness of the scallop and I prefer them this way.
Only one brief practice session this week. Still having issues with my right hip and that’s causing some ugliness. More on that this weekend after I play Saturday
