Scallops & Asparagas with Lemon Brown Butter


Back to simple for Saturday night. Also a Kenwood Pinot Noir. Pretty light, fragrant with the lemon, and the cheese ravioli was a nice combo.

      Remember liking to cool when I was a kid & had fooled w/idea of culinary school way back when. Started exploring food again a year is ago and re-discovered the “fun” in my kitchen.

      I appreciate you stopping by, as usual. Any snow yet, or still golf weather?

        No snow yet. It is cool. The has been awesome for golf, but I am doing house renovations….painting and replacing flooring. So I have not swung a club in 2 weeks. I hoping once more before the snow flies…we shall see.
