Grilled/roasted veggies with white wine and Parmesan  

Simple, satisfying, colorful, healthy. Plus, this dish smelled really good. I had to grill a little fresh sourdough from the Breadbox Bakery, brushed with a little olive oil and rubbed with garlic.

A crisp Pinot Grigio topped the meal off. Even ate on the deck. A rare free evening!  As it should, it ended with soccer and basketball in the yard and driveway. 

Music tonight was a Spotify 80’s Indie/college radio mix, quite tasty.
