Last Meal of 2015 – Bisque and Biscuits

Lobster and buttermilk respectively. 

  

The biscuit recipe is from Local Milk – first time making biscuits for me, and these were very good. 

  
Made with fresh homemade buttermilk, butter and honey. 

The bisque started from this stock, prepared last night. Triple-sieved, very silky. 

  
Started with these two.
