Music Week

It’s been a while where I’ve gone into a sea of people and lost myself for a while.

Tuesday night I spent with Bob Mould and his mates Jason Narducy and Jon Wurster at Underground Arts in Philly, along with 300 other sweaty folks. Bob played a good number of songs off “Patch the Sky”.

P.S. – he did, unfortunately was dashed by a muddy mix.

Last Friday? Pearl Jam for the first time since 1991.  Show was at the Wells Fargo Center  20,000 or so of us saw them play Ten front to back, then play another 20 tunes

“Just Breathe” and “Spin the Black Circle” we’re pretty cool, and “Confortably Numb” was a neat cover. PJ was pretty amazing – great stripped down show, no silliness, just straight up rock and roll. Man, they’re good
