2015 Golf Stats Review

Last Meal of 2015 – Bisque and Biscuits

Lobster and buttermilk respectively.     The biscuit recipe is from Local Milk – first time making biscuits for me, and these were very good.     Made with fresh homemade buttermilk, butter and honey.  The bisque started from this stock, prepared last night. Triple-sieved, very silky.     Started with these two.     Happy New Year all. Stay curious.

Grilled Scallops with Roasted Corn – Cilantro Salsa

We got a string of nice days last week before early March-like weather returned over the past few days, and I fired up the grill to make scallops. Other than the roasting of the corn, this is a quick and easy meal to put together in under 30 minutes. Makes me feel “summery”, even though it’s mid-April.
